One-on-one instruction is a great way to meet your individual needs for body-mind health, relaxation and stress management. As one of your body’s natural healers, yoga builds strength and vitality by opening, lengthening and expanding your body. Whether you are new to yoga, have a physical condition needing attention, or would just like to further your practice, sequences can be made to fit your unique needs.

I was introduced to movement at age 5 with ballet, and have since been weaving my body through geometrical lines and fluid shapes. My love for yoga evolved as I became fascinated with the visual form and how each asana (pose) was a full yoga class in itself.
In Fall 2006 I received my 200-hour certification from Sonic Yoga in New York City and nearing completion of my 500-hour Prana Flow™ Certification. Since then I’ve been teaching private and group classes while training under great leaders including Shiva Rea, Twee Merrigan, Lori McAlister, Lauren Hanna and Irini Res of the Alvin Ailey Dance School.
I’m honored to study yearly at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India under one of the great yoga masters, Saraswathi where I study the ancient system of Ashtanga Yoga and how it purifies the body, nervous system and mind. The Ashtanga/Mysore method has contributed greatly to my own practice as well as, teaching and understanding the human structure.
I have gratefully spent years of my life traveling the world, studying cultures and tapping into this creative energy which makes us pulse. This inspiration is the base of my teaching while fusing the studies of anatomy, tantra, meditation, and vibrational sounds into meaningful yoga sequences meant to unlock the magical flow of prana.
